How to Create a Microsoft Developer Account for Free
Step 1:-
Please launch your preferred web browser. Once opened, enter 'Microsoft Developer Program' into the search bar and click on the first search result. The resulting page should resemble the image displayed below.
Step 2:-
After clicking on the first link below the screen image, a popup window will appear. Next, click on the 'Sign In' link located in the top right corner, to the left of the user icon.
Step 3:-
Please sign in using the Outlook account you created in the first part, and then proceed by clicking on the 'Next' button.
Step 4:-
After clicking on the 'Sign In' button, please enter your password.
Step 5:-
When you successfully sign in, your profile details, including your name and email, will be displayed. Afterward, click on the 'Join Now' button.
Step 6:-
User details such as First Name, Last Name, and Email will be automatically retrieved from your Sign-In account.
Step 7:-
Once you've entered all the details according to your preference and checked both checkboxes, please proceed by clicking on the 'Next' button.
Step 8:-
Select one of your development goals and proceed by clicking on the 'Next' button.
Step 9:-
Check the checkboxes corresponding to your developer goals, and then click on the 'Save' button.
Step 10:-
There are two options for Sandbox preferences. Based on my requirements, I have selected only the 'Instant Sandbox' option.
Step 11:-
After configuring Microsoft 365 E5 Instant Sandbox, which includes settings for the Data Center, Admin Username, Admin Password, and checking the checkbox, please proceed by clicking on the 'Continue' button.
Step 12:-
For security purposes, please provide your phone number and verify it by entering the OTP/Code number.
Step 13:-
If you have reached this screen, you will be granted a 90-day Microsoft 365 E5 subscription. Click on 'Go to subscription.' Subsequently, a sign-in screen will appear.
Step 14:-
Please enter the password that you used while configuring the Instant Sandbox admin. Afterward, click on the 'Sign In' button.
Step 15:-
You will receive an 'Action Required' prompt. In this case, please click on the 'Ask later' button.
Step 16:-
You'll be prompted to choose whether to stay signed in. Please respond by selecting either 'Yes' or 'No'.
Step 17:-
Next, it will open office.com, and you should click on the circle with the forward arrow when the pop-up boxes have finished appearing.
Step 18:-
You will be guided on a tour of office.com. Each card provides information on the consequences of specific actions, and you can proceed to the next card by clicking the 'Next' button.
Step 19:-
After completing the tour, you will be directed to the dashboard.
Step 20:-
When you click on the nine dots located at the top left, it will display all available apps. If you can't find the specific apps you're looking for, click on 'Explore all your apps'.

After exploring all the apps, as shown in the screen images below.
Step 22:-
This is the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Dashboard, where administrators can oversee and manage users, permissions, and security settings for Power Platforms.
